Nowadays everybody is interested in what calories our food has. Here is a great list - especially suitable for vegetarians and vegans - and those following the raw food diet, but meat eaters will find it handy, too.

This is a great chart. I am always guessing at the protein content of foods as we eat mostly vegetarian and this is a wonderful resource. Thanks so much for sharing.
