Avocado Fried Egg

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this image!

My immediate reaction was: I have to do it! I love avocado and eggs and cheese of course so this is heaven to me :)

  3. My experience with cooked avocado is that it becomes bitter. My guess (I'm from the United States) is that the 180 degrees in your recipe is in celsius. If that's the case the temperature would be about that which I would bake a cake at - not a low temperature. I'm just curious if this came out bitter for you. Other than that it sounds like a great, easy recipe. Visiting from the UBC (Alana Mautone)

    1. you don't cook them, you bake them - but 180 degrees Celcius is way too much! - use the lowest heat in your oven
      the avocado is already ripe, the heat is needed for the egg only
      maybe that's why yours turned bitter - took the taste over from the shell?
